The apartments of Residence Lo Scoglietto, situated amongst the rich greenery surrounding the entrance of Punta Ala, are:
2-room apartments Type A without air conditioning and 2-room apartments type B with air conditioning 2/4 beds: from 28sq.m to 31sq.m plus veranda and garden/paving on ground floor level or with balcony on first floor, sitting/dinning room with double bed settee, kitchenette corner, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
2-room apartments Type C 2/4/5/6 beds: from 35sq. plus veranda and little garden on ground level, sitting/dining room with double bed settee, corner kitchenette, double bedroom, small single room for only the fifth bed or bunk beds to sleep six, bathroom with shower, sleeps 2/5/6 (4 adults + 1 or 2 children).
3-room apartments Type D 2/6 beds: 39sq.m plus veranda, large garden, sitting/dining room with double bed settee, corner kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom without shower, sleeps 2/6 pax (4 adults + 2 children).
Availing of a reception, equipped swimming pool 12m x 12m, car park (private open air enclosed, one space per apartment), colour TV, air conditioning, 2 two room apartments do not offer air conditioning but are equipped with electrical fans. Some apartments are fitted with washing machines and/or dish washers to be confirmed on booking with supplements to pay on site.
BEACH: white sand, 200m approx across a road and through a pine grove, bathing amenities, prearranged discount for our guests with 'Bagni Maga Alpa' (private bathing establishment) ph. 335 5759235, public bathing also near by.
SPORT: in the vicinity: golf course, mini golf, equestrian activities and stables, tennis courts, all water sports.
LOCAL AMENITIES: indoor shopping centre just 5 minutes on foot with supermarket, pharmacy, medical centre, boutiques, news papers, bank, restaurants and self service, cafè and bar, discothèque, dry cleaners, post office, car, boat and motor boat hire.
The Maremma is a land soaked by a crystal sea, lapping the lengthy colourful coast of sunny sandy stretches and high reaching rocky ravines that confront the Tyrrhenian Sea. The transparent waters of the maremmian coast line are amongst the first in Italy, for the cleanest waters and the 160km of fascinating coast means a huge variety of ways in which to enjoy the sea.
A coast punctuated by cliffs, secret coves and lengths of sandy shores offering great amenities for bathing, sheltered by perfect pine groves or uncontaminated areas.
Well organised touristic ports such as Punta Ala and the fishing villages of Talamone, Santo Stefano and Porto Ercole, situated on the slopes of the Argentario, permit delightful panoramas of coast and Islands, lending themselves as privileged balconies for unforgettable sunsets.

- by car: from the North: motorway Genova- Livorno, follow A12 to Rosignano then SS1 to Follonica crossroads, continue on for Punta Ala;
From Florence: towards Siena then Grosseto, follow Castiglione della Pescaia, Punta Ala;
From Rome: SS to Grosseto, then Castiglione della Pescaia, and Punta Ala;
- by train: Follonica Railway Station then 20km approx by bus;
by plane: 190km from Rome, 120km approx from Pisa.

For any stays less than 7 days, rates will be calculated at a minimum of three days with a 10% increment (request only).
To pay on site:
- Cot on booking € 50,00 per week (linen not included);
- Extra beds not available;
- Final cleaning obligatory, 2-room apartment A/B € 60,00; 2-room apartment C € 65,00; 3-room apartment € 70,00. The corner kitchenette must be left clean and orderly if not a debit will be made to the value of € 25,00;
- Bedroom and bathroom linen on booking € 13,00 per person per change; kitchen, dinning and cot linen is not available;
- Washing machine and/or dishwasher, on booking € 50,00 per week per machine;
- Pets of small sizes only are permitted € 50,00 per week, clients are responsible for safety and hygiene, access to the pool is not allowed;
- 3-room apartments to sleep 2/6 persons and/or 2-room apartments to sleep 2/4 persons with medium garden and patio, € 50,00 extra per week;
- Cautionary deposit € 200,00 per apartment.
